I am Samantha Goulart, I am from Brazil, and I have been living in Ireland for the past 8 years.
I was always an active person, practicing sports and having a healthy lifestyle is my motto since a very young age. Although I have always loved exercising, going to the Gym, and lifting heavy weights were never not my cup of tea so I needed something to make my body strong, lean and with a sculpted physique look.
I have discovered ballet when I was 25 years old, and it was a game changer for me, I have never been so fit and strong before. Some people might say it’s late to be introduced to the Ballet technique, but I am the living proof that is not, specially when you love what you do, and you put effort to meet your goals.
My goal was never to stop doing ballet, to have that beautiful ballerina body, strong muscles, and a perfect physique. Ballet classes were the place where I could easy my mind, move my body, be creative, dance and be free.
After I moved to Ireland keeping up with my Ballet routine got a bit difficult, however I still managed to spare some time to do some classes and continue to pursue my goals.
In 2017 I decided to spend a year in Brazil again, it was when I met Betina Dantas, and the Official Ballet Fitness Method. With that, I saw the opportunity to unite things I was passionate about, ballet, staying fit, a healthy lifestyle and starting my own business teaching this amazing technique.
In 2018 I came back to Ireland, and I started my Ballet Fitness teaching journey here and I have been building my business since then.
I have been teaching my classes on several different studios and locations in Dublin, and during the pandemic I have also continued my teaching and classes online so all my ballerinas could keep evolving and staying fit with the Ballet Fitness.
I have done years of Ballet classes in Brazil, and I have also had the amazing opportunity to do several training courses at the Royal London Ballet School. I also took countless ballet fitness courses to become a master trainer of the method. And every year I participate in the latest courses training to continue improving myself in this wonderful method and bring the best and latest exercises and knowledge to my classes. Every class and training I have done have contributed to becoming the professional I am today.
