O que e o metodo Be Ballet Body?

Be Ballet Body é um método inovador que combina cardio, fortalecimento muscular, flexibilidade, postura e longevidade, tudo isso com um toque especial dos exercícios de ballet clássico para tonificar e modelar com elegância.

É muito importante que você saiba que não precisa ter nenhuma experiência em balé para participar desta aula. O Be Ballet Body é adequado para qualquer idade a partir dos 15 anos, incluindo a gravidez, no entanto, grávidas não farão os exercícios no chão, apenas a parte da barra da aula.

O princípio desses exercícios é proporcionar a você um corpo muito forte, magro e esculpido como o de uma bailarina.

Nas minhas aulas trabalharemos cada músculo do seu corpo, alguns que você possivelmente nem imaginava que tinha. Trabalharemos seu core, construiremos força, resistência, agilidade e flexibilidade.

Você pode ver mudanças no seu físico após apenas algumas aulas.

Samantha Goulart

Meu nome é Samantha e sou bailarina desde os meus 25 anos. Aos 39 anos, tenho vasta experiência em ballet clássico, ballet barre e aulas de alongamento. Comecei no ballet adulto e, apesar das dificuldades, me apaixonei e persisti, chegando a dançar com sapatilhas de ponta em menos de um ano. Depois de aprimorar meu inglês na Europa e enfrentar desafios profissionais, voltei ao Brasil e me tornei mestre instrutora de ballet fitness. Retornei à Europa para levar o método para lá, enfrentando novos desafios. Criei o Be Ballet Body, um método dinâmico que integra cardio, alongamento, postura e mobilidade, disponível também online para quem tem vida agitada. Meu objetivo é oferecer um treino eficaz que se encaixe no dia a dia das minhas alunas, promovendo saúde física e mental. Estou muito feliz com minha jornada na Europa e dedicada a inspirar minhas alunas a terem um estilo de vida melhor.

PRICING

Our pricing varies based on the frequency of your class attendance, with a lower cost per class as you increase your participation. It’s as simple as that. Drop-ins are permitted only if space is available, so we highly recommend securing your spot by purchasing one of the bundles offered below.
